Whimsy & Stars Studio–St. Patty’s Teddy

If you have followed my blog for awhile, you probably remember that I love St. Patrick’s day.    I have my playlist already with bands like the Pogues, Seven Nations, the Tossers and Flogging Molly.  The corned beef is ready to go into the pot.

In keeping in the spirit of the week, I had make a card using sweet St. Patty’s Teddy from Whimsy & Stars Studio.  He is such a sweetie!

Berry the Snowman

Okay, Berry the Snowman doesn’t have the same ring as Frosty, but I think his cuteness totally makes up for it.  This is another one of the images that I colored during my crafting day with a friend before Thanksgiving.  I’m happy I had the chance to get him on a card.    Have a great week!  Thank you for stopping by!Supplies:Stamps:  Berry from Stacy Yacula Studio at Purple Onion DesignsInks:  Memento Tuxedo Black Papers:  Neenah Classic Craft Solar White CS, Papertrey kraft CS, Carta Bella Winter Fun paper pad 6x6 Tools:  Sewing machine, Big Shot, Papertrey Doily details die, Stampin’ Up corner punch, Copic markers Embellishments:  May Arts Burlap twine, Tattered Angels glimmer mist, button Challenges:Clear It Out 2W, 3E, Must use stash item - Challenge: Anything Goes Stash Item:Anything Goes (Twine, button, die cut – had it cut and sitting in a bin since last Xmas)Loves Rubber Stamps W - #82 Anything Goes ChristmasOldie But A Goodie Challenge 2W, must use something at least 6mts ol…
It has been a really long time since I have been able to spend time in my craft room.  One of my New Years resolutions was to get back into my craft room on a regular basis.  Well, it is now October and I am finally here.  I'm hoping to be back more often.

I made this card to send to a family member that has been in my thoughts a lot lately.

I hope to have more to share soon.

Catered Crop–Think Green Recipe Swap

Just make a project that includes the color green and come join our party at the Catered Crop. For my project, I dug out a photo of of our sweet Summer was taken about a year ago.   Although I have been pretty lax about scrapbooking the last few years, I really wanted to make sure I created a page with this photo for my daughter’s scrap book.   We lost Summer, who was a member of our family for almost 15 years, in February so this page seemed especially important to me.After finding some paper that used a lot of green in it, I used lots of various odds and ends that I found in my craft room.  I mixed various stickers and die cuts from other projects to create this page.  As always, Linda has curated a fabulous Pinterest board to get our create mojo working.  (Don’t you just love her boards?)    You can go directly to Linda’s “Green”board by cl…
