Great Impressions Stamps - Catch A Star

Hello!  Happy Monday!  Monday means it’s my day to post on the Great Impressions Stamps blog

My project today uses Catch A Star (C334) & Catch A Falling Star (E482), both from Great Impressions Stamps.     I decided to use these plaid, blue and yellow papers so that it could be given to a boy.  I think it would make a cute birthday card.

Pumpkin Spice - Lucky

Hello!  Today its my turn to post on the Pumpkin Spice blog

Although my crafty mojo has been on a bit of a hiatus lately (I think it is off looking for spring), I couldn’t help but be inspired by the beautiful, warm colors from Echo Park’s For the Record 2 collection.

In my original idea for this card, I was planning on having more of these beautiful floral papers showing.  I love the pink and orange together.  But, the doily on my desk some how made it’s way on my card.   Once again, I used some coordinating chipboard.   I jazzed it up a bit using some liquid pearls on the flower centers.

Don’t forget you still have time to join challenge #12 – Lucky (your interpretation).     To link up your “lucky” project or to see the challenge details, stop by the Pumpkin Spice blog

Shop Pumpkin Spice March Blog Hop

Welcome to the March blog hop for Shop Pumpkin Spice!   I am your very first stop on the hop.

Today also kicks of the new weekly challenge at the Pumpkin Spice blog.  Our challenge this week is “Use green and 4 of something.”    For my project, I used both the color green and green in the sense of recycling.   The heart is cut from a recycled Starbucks coffee sleeve.     These beautiful green designer papers are from Lily Bee Designs Handmade 6x6 Tiny Tablet, which is my latest favorite.  You can purchase this tablet at Shop Pumpkin Spice for only $4.20.     All card stock is from Bazzill Basics.
