Counting Crows

Hello my blogging friends! Our beautiful autumn weather has turned cold, windy, and rainy. Yesterday I had a flock of blue birds stop by my back yard for awhile. They didn’t see to like to weather much either. I was surprised to see that any were still around since most have already migrated. I’m sure they will be on their way south soon.

The weather doesn’t seem to be bothering the crows. I can see them out picking through what is left in the field next to our house. I wish they looked as cute as “Farmer Crow”.

My card fits the new Meljen’s Designs challenge which is “RED & GOLD”. These colors are perfect for autumn or Christmas. I can’t see what you make. Link up your creation on the Meljen’s Designs blog.

Before I go, here is a look at the new images going into the store today.

Do you love Melissa’s images and want to join the Meljen’s Designs DT? You still have time to submit your application to join our fun team! Check out THIS POST on the Meljen’s Designs blog for details. The deadline for applications is Monday, October 24th, 8 a.m. eastern time.

What a beautiful card Cheryl, I looooove the fall colors!
It's funny you should mention the bluebirds because I was noticing a few at the park the other day. They were happily singing along....maybe it's been too warm for them to notice it's time to be heading out!!!

And yes - the crows are going crazy here in CT too! Lily tries to chase them down the street!

This guy is too cute though - I can't see him annoying anyone! Love his choice of socks!!!

The burlap is perfect for fall too!!

Funny card, Cheryl. That burlap, buttons and string make a perfect accent for this turkey. I don't think he has anything to worry about this year, he is too skinny to eat. Ha Ha. Check my SMT post on my blog. I showed your Boo card. Hugs, Linda
