Christmas Wish List

Although last week was my final week on the August Guest Diva DT, when Korin asked if I would like to participate in the sneak peeks for Christmas, I just had to say "Yes". I was able to play with one of the new sets, "A Cocoa Kind of Christmas". If you love Cocoa, you are just going to love this sweet set.

Tomorrow, September 1, SNS will be having a blog hop to introduce all the new Christmas stamps. You will have the chance to see the entire "A Cocoa Kind of Christmas" set along with the other fabulous, new stamp sets. I have seen the sneak peeks and I have to admit that some are on my shopping list for Christmas card supplies. Check out all the details on the Sweet N Sassy blog on September 1.

Thank you for looking!

Hi Ladies & Gents, i would just like to make an introduce myself to all the people at shestamps.blogspot.com

That is what we call a terrific forum, I barely care to read out an entire forum section but this message board got my interest and believe me, That?s unusual.

I was after some info and was searching on Yahoo UK for it. I visited each of the top 4 pages that came up but didn?t get any relevant result... I then luckily found your diamond forum in the dirt and thought to check it out. This is just what I was looking for - what a incredible find!

Thanks geezas at shestamps.blogspot.com and keep your tremendous effort up!?

Berry the Snowman

Okay, Berry the Snowman doesn’t have the same ring as Frosty, but I think his cuteness totally makes up for it.  This is another one of the images that I colored during my crafting day with a friend before Thanksgiving.  I’m happy I had the chance to get him on a card.    Have a great week!  Thank you for stopping by!Supplies:Stamps:  Berry from Stacy Yacula Studio at Purple Onion DesignsInks:  Memento Tuxedo Black Papers:  Neenah Classic Craft Solar White CS, Papertrey kraft CS, Carta Bella Winter Fun paper pad 6x6 Tools:  Sewing machine, Big Shot, Papertrey Doily details die, Stampin’ Up corner punch, Copic markers Embellishments:  May Arts Burlap twine, Tattered Angels glimmer mist, button Challenges:Clear It Out 2W, 3E, Must use stash item - Challenge: Anything Goes Stash Item:Anything Goes (Twine, button, die cut – had it cut and sitting in a bin since last Xmas)Loves Rubber Stamps W - #82 Anything Goes ChristmasOldie But A Goodie Challenge 2W, must use something at least 6mts ol…

Pumpkin Spice - Birthday Wishes

While scrolling through the Pumpkin Spice shop, I noticed the great prices on the Christmas/Winter themed paper pads.    The fun colors and patterns on so many of the pages could be used for just about anything.   So I pulled out the “12 Days of Christmas” paper pad from My Mind’s Eye and set to work trying to make some cards.Since I never have enough birthday cards on hand, I thought that was what I would try first.  I started by punching out butterflies from several of the many patterns in the pad.    From there, I moved them around my card until I had an arrangement that I liked, added some stitching and stickers, and, “Ta Da!”, a birthday card! Since I also need a congratulations card for a friend , I thought I would see what I could make with the same paper pad.   I really love how this card turned out.(In real life, the glitter on the “U” is more similar to the aqua color in the paper.)So what do you think?   You can make some fabulous, non-holiday cards using holiday themed pap…

Catered Crop–Seeing Red

Hello!  I’m back. I’m sorry I have been gone so long.  Things have been so hectic that I haven’t had the chance to spend time in my craft room for months.  I was able to sneak away to my craft room for a while this weekend and hope to make it a regular event.I decided to use the Catered Crop’s Seeing Red recipe swap and take the opportunity to cook up some note cards to give to my mother in-law.  Although I only had time to make 4 cards, it was great to spend time in my craft room again. As always, Linda cooked up a fabulous Pinterest board to help get our creative mojo flowing.   Click on the photo below to go to her Seeing Red inspiration board.Don’t forget to link up your Seeing Red creations at the Catered Crop.Thank you for stopping by!Supplies:Stamps:  Fancy Flourishes & Little Labels from Papertrey Ink Inks:  Close To My Heart Hollyhock & Papertrey Ink Kraft inks Papers:  Papertrey white CS, My Mind’s Eye Miss Caroline Dolled Up 6x6 paper pad, misc. scrap red CS, Starbuc…
